Executive Team Roles & Responsibilities
Our executive team is composed of students who take on key leadership roles to enhance the student experience. Their responsibilities include:
- President: Leads the ASIR-HR team, oversees strategic direction, represents student interests to faculty and administration, and ensures the association’s success in delivering programs and initiatives.
- Chief Financial Officer (CFO): Manages the association’s finances, including budgeting, securing funding, and ensuring responsible financial stewardship of student resources.
- Chief Communications Officer (CCO): Oversees internal and external communications, manages ASIR-HR’s social media presence, and ensures consistent branding and outreach.
- Vice President (VP) of Career Development: Organizes career-related initiatives, networking events, and professional development opportunities to support student career growth.
- Vice President (VP) of Social: Plans and executes social events, fostering community engagement and student connections within the program.
